A note re: Final Invoices

Hi everyone,

As Meghan had sent out earlier, the executive has decided to close out the season, from a financial perspective. I'll be sending out final invoices within the next week or so.

These invoices are thankfully not large, since we collected a 50% deposit on the fee estimates, so that means that the final invoices are mostly covered. The final invoice covers coaching and pool costs. Luckily, our pool contracts only went until March for Templeton and mid-April for Britannia, so the club didn't overpay for too many practices. Registration for Mable Moran/Provincials is not invoiced as we expect to receive a refund from Synchro BC.

Hope you're all keeping safe and practising social distancing. If you're concerned about paying this invoice, please get in touch - I'm setting a long due date for them, so please pay when you can (and if it's easier to send instalments, that's okay, just let me know!)
